My friend moved to Minnesota where they are having an even colder than normal winter.  She got new boots for Christmas and said that's the only part of her that's warm when she walks her kids to the bus stop.  I'm sending her this in hopes that now her neck will be warm too! And, unlike a scarf, this won't get in her way when she's managing her 3 year old and sending the others off to school.
