put sauerkraut in the bottom of a baking dish, then chicken breasts (I usually start them in a pan), cover with thousand island dressing and swiss cheese. Then, bake. I serve it over rice.
Well, I just made this and had the swiss cheese left over and didn't want it to go to waste. I cubed chicken breasts, cooked them in a pan, added a can of cream of chicken soup, 1/2 can of milk, and mushrooms. I lined the baking dish first with boiled pasta, then topped it with the chicken mixture and sprinkled it with swiss cheese. It was fab, if I do say so myself.
