The gift on a budget

My friend asked me for a baby gift and gave me a budget. PERFECT! I will always do this. So, please never hesitate to ask me to make a gift for a certain amount. This gift was a cinch because I was able to put it together without making a supplies run. I used materials I had on-hand and a blanket that was already made, just waiting in my gift stash. As soon as the paint dries, it will be off to Colorado and hopefully make someone even more excited for their baby boy to arrive.
