Dinner tonight

Have you ever used these? If you haven't, pick up a pack next time you're at the store. You can use them for so many things. And, if you don't use the whole pack? Freeze them.

Tonight, I used them for raviolis. I filled them with a little ricotta, shredded cheese, and spinach that I first wilted with a little olive oil and garlic. You dampen the edges of the won ton wrapper to get it to stick to itself and hold the filling and then drop them in some boiling water.


Then, I whipped up a quick sauce with tomatoes and mushrooms.
