First draft

I wanted to make a personalized journal. So, I went to the dollar store and purchased a spiral bound notebook with a plastic spiral. I took out the spiral and embellished the cover.

I added some dimensional flowers. See the one at the top??

I added little gems. They're still drying here, so they're sitting in little glue puddles.

Then, I punched teeny little holes along the edge so I could get the spiral back in. (sure comes out a lot easier than it goes in!) All in all, I thought the first draft came out o.k. My roommate? Seems like a lot of trouble for....not that much. UGH.......
