As previously mentioned, I know a lot of babies on the way. Although I'd to make them all blanky's, I can't match yarn, so, I decided on these little gems as substitutes! They make me giggle....itty bitty......

In doing some research, I've learned that you test the hats on an orange if it's a preemie, and a grapefruit if it's a full-term newborn. I don't have either, but luckily, these stand nicely on their own to show you.

Now those are just ridiculously cute!!!! Maybe you could knit together an orange and a grapefruit, complete with faces, like you made the owl and cakes earlier. How fun would that be!
ReplyDeleteSeriously, I could stand to get my act together! Why didn't I think of that?? Actually, I gave the green one to a first-time, expectant Grandma this morning and she loved it! Her 1st baby gift she said!
