Make it work....

You know that's a Tim Gunn catch phrase if you watch "Project Runway". I know, big shocker that I never miss it. Well, I started this bag about 4 or 5 times yesterday and just ran out of steam. After more snow blowing this morning, I came in, got out of my fumed laden clothing, and got back to work on this bag that kept me up planning last night. I'm anxious to see if my friend wants this instead of the one that I made especially for her office manager, or both, which would be nice too! I love all of my stuff my work room but know it's time to declutter. Because I think it would be a horrible waste of "work" time to be in there organizing, cleaning, and straightening (instead of sewing), I am killing two birds with one stone by trying to use extra supplies that I've accumulated. For starters, I made a covered button for this bag's closure. I had gotten two packs of them when I was making princess dresses for my niece and had an unopened pack collecting dust.....until today.
